He brings over twenty years of executive leadership across BPO and contact centers, working with Humana, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Discover, Ameriprise and government agencies including FEMA and the State of Louisiana. He specializes in healthcare member experience, contact-center strategy and negotiating multi-million dollar vendor relationships. A sharp strategist and closer of $5 to $6 million deals, Tim founded The Connected Hive so buyers could get the same expert guidance without a sales quota in the room.
